Villa Dione is situated on the side of a mountain 500 metres from Platys Gialos beach, the longest sandy beach in the Cycladic Islands. The property nestles within 12,000 m2 of private mountain side grounds & natural gardens.

Guests can enjoy the spectacular views over Platys Gialos beach, the valley filled with olive groves & farms, plus surrounding mountains from all rooms in the house.

Villa Dione features extensive outdoor terraces & living spaces, which include outdoor kitchen, with traditional wood fired grill & oven, plus outdoor dining & lounge areas, plus various sun decks & gym. 

At Villa Dione you can enjoy peace & quite without neighbours, yet still be on the beach & in the restaurants within a five minute walk.

Villa Dione features two double bedrooms & one twin bedroom (which converts to a double bed). The twin bedroom has an option for a foldout bed. The master bedroom enjoys an ensuite bathroom & separate toilet, with an adjoining office that can be converted to a single bed ideal for an infant. The second & third bedrooms share a bathroom. The villa features a high spec kitchen, living & dining area, plus laundry.

Platys Gialos sits is the centre of the island's south end where you are perfectly located to enjoy the best of the island.

Just 5 minutes walk (500m) to Platys Gialos beach and its extensive range of renowned restaurants, tavernas and bars, plus mini-markets and bakery. 5 minutes drive (15mns walk) to the beautiful Chrysopigi Monastery, secluded beach, rock swimming and tavernas. Faros and Fassolou villages and beaches are 10 minutes by car.

The old towns of Apollonia and Artemonas with their winding alleys and night life are 10 minutes drive away. Vathi and Kamares villages and beaches are 20 minutes drive away.

Plus for the adventurous there is the secluded Fikiadi beach only accessible by foot or donkey, which which is a 45 minute trek. Don't forget your hiking shoes!
