Discover Sifnos

Sifnos is one of the few remaining Cycladic islands where you can still enjoy the traditional island lifestyle without the crowds.  A week in Sifnos feels like a year in paradise where you can reconnect with nature, family, friends and yourself. Enjoy...

Eat

Indulge in the island's renowned culinary delights. Savour traditional and modern Greek dishes at local tavernas and restaurants. Don't miss trying Sifnos' renowned chickpea soup, revithada.

Swim

Relax on Platys Gialos sandy beach and crystal clear water with tavernas on the sand. Or adventure off to deserted Fikiada beach for some skinny dipping. Head to Chrisopigi to sun bake on the rocks.

Visit

Adventure through the winding alleyways of the Apollonia and Artemonas with their nightlife and shops.  Or head to Kastro, the oldest continually inhabited village in Greece, to take in its breath taking view across the Aegean.

Celebrate

Sifnos is famous for its food, film and religious festivals.  You're always assured of a great time with plenty of music and dancing, where everyone is welcome.

Explore

Trek across the island on 3000 year old ancient walking paths that are now mapped for all to explore the island (see sifnostrails.com).  You can also bike around the trails, or maybe take a donkey.

Relax

After all that, sit down to take in the view, the sunset, the ocean or the stars.  Just do nothing!
