Villa Dione was newly built in 2023 on the site of a 120 year old farm building that housed the olive pickers during the annual November harvest. The owner was determined to honour the aspect of the original building, but extend the terraces and yards to make the most of outdoor living, in true Greek style.  The interior design is Greek modern classic style with a strong emphasis on sustainable materials and building processes, which reflect the earthy simplicity and vibrant colours of Greece.

The accommodation includes; central living area with a high spec modern kitchen, plus dining and lounge area; master double bedroom has its own ensuite and separate toilet, plus an adjoining office which can take an optional fold-out bed (ideal for an infant); second double bedroom features a walk-in wardrobe and shares a “Jack & Jill” bathroom with the third twin bedroom; third twin bedroom has separate single beds that can be joined to make an extra large double bed, plus there is space to take an optional fold-out-bed (suitable for an extra child); total sleeping capacity is 8 people (8 adults max), including two optional fold-out-beds; all rooms feature reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans; also includes unlimited wifi, laundry with washer and separate dryer, solar hot water and beach towels, cutlery and crockery for eight guests. 

The villa accommodation is 130m2, but the surrounding outdoor multi-level terraces are 300m2, which include; outdoor kitchen (always the heart of Greek summers) with a wood fired grill and separate oven (perfect for pizza, or if you’re game try making Mastelo, the local lamb in the oven); outdoor dining area which comfortably seats 8 (where your family and friends can while away the evenings); outdoor lounge area where you can sit easy under the vine covered pergola (take in the spectacular views of Aegean Sea and the valley of the olives groves); outdoor gym (just in case you need to work off the Mastelo).
